Sancerre Grande Réserve H. Bourgeois 2019

Vines planted on limestone and clay soils which give it structure and flesh. A nose of citrus fruit with notably pink grapefruit, and a little exotic fruit (pineapple). Very fine in the mouth, beautiful fullness and richness. Beautiful persistence.

Drink with seafood or shellfish, grilled fish or in terrines.
