Zibibbo is an aromatic grape variety usually used to make sweet wines but which is also suitable for making dry wines. Its bouquet evokes the scents and perfumes of spring flowers. The vineyard is located in the region of Trapani (Borgo Guarini). The difference in temperature between day and night favours the concentration of aromatic elements and a certain freshness with an exotic touch.
Drink with: exotic dishes (especially Thai food), as an aperitif, with smoked fish starters, grilled fish or white asparagus.
