The grapes come from the coldest region of southern France (Limoux), at the foot of the Pyrenees. They are harvested mechanically at night and ferment on the skins for two weeks before being pressed. 10% of the wine matures further in oak barrels.
Fruity wine with aromas of raspberries, cherries and notes of strawberry and slightly spicy.
This wine can also be chilled.
To drink as an aperitif, with meat, fish, hard cheeses and stews.
