Enoteca Per Bacco has become Per Bacco Online where you can find (again) some of the Italian and French wines I used to sell when I had my shop in the heart of Tervuren. Prosecco

Prosecco Bosco del Merlo D.O.C.

Prosecco Brut Millesimato.

This is a great prosecco also available in a very pretty bottle. It is both brut and a vintage Prosecco. Prosecco is the most popular “spumante” in Italy. It comes from the grape glera planted in a microclimate in the north of the city of Treviso (Veneto).

It evokes fresh almonds.

As an aperitif.

The Vouvray

Vouvray Tuffo La Poultière D. Pinon

Family estate created in 1972 in Vernou-sur-Brenne. Established in 2006, Damien Pinon represents the third generation and manages 25 ha of vines. The winemaker intervenes as little as possible in the cellar. In the vineyard he does reasoned farming. A (very) safe choice. A 100% Chenin wine.

Chenin Blanc is a white wine varietal that has been cultivated in France for almost 1300 years. It is mostly planted in the Loire Valley and its high acidity levels allow it to be vinified in different styles.

This Vouvray is a round and fat wine with notes of stone fruits while remaining dry and mineral, ideal with asparagus.

A red wine from Veneto, the Neropasso.

Neropasso is a red wine from the Veneto (IGT Veneto). This Neropasso is the result of a centuries-old process ofappasimiento in which the grapes are partially dried in ventilated attic rooms. In this way they lose about 30% of their moisture. After pressing, this process ensures a greater concentration of the aromas that contribute to the typical character of this wine.

Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Corvina, Corvinone

Other wines than those listed in the webshop are available on request. The wines can be bought by boxes of 6 or 12 bottles.

Home delivery is possible. Possibility of collection in Tervuren.
